Figuring out where to start can be an overwhelming question when it comes to planning your wedding. In fact, that question is where the name NOW WHAT? originated.
Wedding planning resources are endless, and perhaps that is part of the problem. First, you have wedding blogs, apps, and infamous websites like The Knot, that offer a rolodex of vendors, detailed to-do lists, and timelines to suit any engagement length. Then there are all of the workbooks and wedding magazines that you’ll inevitably be gifted as soon as that ring shot hits Instagram. Last, but certainly not least, you probably have a friend, or forty, if not a mom, crazy aunt, or future mother in law that is just dying to offer their services as your wedding planner. More often than not, what you need when you first get engaged, is someone that is going to listen to you, and maybe to your fiance, as you brainstorm your perfect wedding, help you to troubleshoot it a bit, and then point you in the right direction to make it happen.
That’s where I come in! Now What Weddings offers you the opportunity to pick the brain of someone who has worked in the wedding industry for more than a decade, and probably been to more weddings than all of your bridesmaids combined. Below you’ll find a list of super budget-friendly ways that we can work together, starting with a 30-minute chat about any and all topics wedding related, including wedding planner recommendations to match your personality and your wedding style, or tips on finding the right team of vendors if a planner doesn’t fit the budget.

Whether you need help finding the right wedding planner, finding the most budget-friendly vendors, figuring out how the day should run, or just want feedback on table numbers versus table names, or the best colors for your bridal bouquet; let me help you make your big day, YOUR big day.
Tier I: You said Yes, Now What?
30 Min Phone Call w/ Email Recap
Includes Wedding Planner Recommendations
This service is best utilized at the beginning of your engagement, but can be done at any time during the wedding planning process. This service provides brides, grooms, parents or anyone who feels they would benefit from it, the opportunity to chat with a wedding expert. During the call, you are able to ask questions, get feedback, and have a general discussion on what the steps of wedding planning are, tips on budgeting, insight on getting married in the different seasons and in varying destinations,
and thoughts on the length of your engagement as well as timing for the wedding celebration itself. Any question you have can be asked during this session, if the knowledge isn’t immediately available, it will be researched and replied to within 24 hours. Immediately following the half-hour phone call, an email recapping the details discussed will be provided.
TIER 2: Now Who Should I Call?
60 min Phone Call w/ Email Recap
and Vendor Referrals
This level of service includes everything provided in Tier 1 with an additional 30 minutes of phone time as well as access to contact information for some of the very best vendors in the business. Whether you’re looking for the best portrait photographer, want to find the most kick-ass DJ or band, or you’re looking for someone who makes those gorgeous mirrored seating charts, this tier of service will include contact information for a selection of vendors within your preferred budget range.
TIER 3 Now What Happens That Day?
"Day Of" Timeline Creation
The flow of your wedding can make or break the success of the day and directly affect your guest’s experience. Having attended countless weddings both personally and professionally, I will provide you with insight on what creates the most enjoyable experience for not only the Bride and Groom, but for all of their guests. This tier includes an initial 60 minute call, access to vendors, a “Run of Show” for the big day, and a second 45 minute call to review it. Because wedding planning is never just "day of," your timeline will include all wedding-related errands scheduled in the days immediately before and immediately following the wedding.

TIER 4 – Now We Make it Happen
60-90 Min Production Call with All Vendors
You’ve put together an amazing team of vendors, based on my recommendations or not, and I’ve created your timeline for the day, but you want to be 110% certain that everyone is on the same page. We will schedule a phone call for a “Production Meeting” with all of your vendors to ensure that everyone understands how the day is going to run, who needs to be where, when, and who their points of contact should be from start to finish. This also is a great opportunity for vendors to "meet the team" and to make any necessary adjustments to the timeline. It is your choice whether you would like to be on the call or if you would prefer to receive an email recap, but once we’ve finished this call you should have all the confidence in the world that your big day will be
